So I started my Weightloss Journey at 245 pounds. I am now down 229.5. I can get into smaller clothes, I can exercise for longer periods of time and at higher speeds on the treadmill then I used to before. I cut out my soda intake cut out my bad snacking, cut out my bad drinking and drink more water, cut out my added butter on my bagels, eat more salads, and overall am a happier person.
I have noticed that if you don't work out for yourself it doesn't matter. Pleasing others never works out in the end. You gotta be happy with you in the end, and if you're not you need to change things. If I told myself I was going to be in a size 20 jeans and on my way to a better life years ago I wouldn't believe it, I would have believed the you're always going to be depressed and feel down about yourself lie, to be honest. And that's not true today. The more I work out the more good endorphins I replace with bad endorphins. The more I comb my hair the more often I do it, the more often I brush my teeth and make better choices in the end it's going to be all worth it. On my blog here I will post blog postings and pics of my weight loss journey so you can see how happier I've become in the long run.
This is me, this is a picture of me in a size 1x JCP top Now I don't have older pictures of myself, I wish I had. I've gone from a size 4X 24 W Pants to a size 1x Formal top and a size 20X bottoms. I guess if I have a blog about my life here, it will go less noticed and not too many would care, I guess posting weight loss posts here and there on facebook is taboo? Like really? Who chooses what you post on facebook these days. It's ULTIMATELY YOUR LIFE, and if they don't like the stuff you post on your page they don't have to read it now do they, no.
